Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom design elements created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project quotation. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely content and materials
• Review and provide feedback on work in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
• Make payments according to agreed terms

6. Limitation of Liability

Ayrshire Website Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed to date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
